Possible bad multiWii board? A little help please

So I bought this Mini Fly 210mm ARF from xheli.com. I am trying to setup the board but I am having issues getting it to communicate with the computer. When I plug it in VIA USB and connect to it, it does nothing. When I move the board around, I am getting no info from the Gyro. Shouldn't I get the graph to change?

Have you tried contacting xheli? maybe they can help Otherwise I wish I could help
