truck doesn't work

Just bought a 1/10 exceed infinitive monster truck. the instructions on how to get the esc programmed are terrible!!! When I switch on the esc, led2 is solid red and nothing works. cannot get the transmitter and receiver to communicate. please help

Thanks for your reply. After doing more research on my esc, I discovered it's not programmable and basically worthless at the moment and it's brand new. I'm very disappointed in this company selling anything without a programmable esc. This car is brand new!
