    Yeah...you're right. The only other bad things about my exceed is that the servo is slow but I got used to that. The motor that comes with it is fine for drifting. (just my opinion) The technique I use is to brake really hard and then hit the gas so it's fine for me.

    Yeah...you're right. The only other bad things about my exceed is that the servo is slow but I got used to that. The motor that comes with it is fine for drifting. (just my opinion) The technique I use is to brake really hard and then hit the gas so it's fine for me.

    1. Brake technique it's the one you just said
    2. Feint technique, you make a quick turn to the wall and then back to teh inside again.

    Lol do you guys know what feathering the throttle is? Just a lil tip, only use throttle when you need to. Once you have down throttle control that's all you need to know

    Lol do you guys know what feathering the throttle is? Just a lil tip, only use throttle when you need to. Once you have down throttle control that's all you need to know
    yeah i know what feathering is....What i meant about 3 is, once i see a turn coming i go full throttle just for a 1-2 secs to get the drift going then i feather as i drift, i dont use the brake.

    I use Technique #1 for when I drift outside and I use Technique #3 when I drift indoors because braking doesn't really work that well on carpet.

    You guys should upgrade to brushless and then get some on road tires for when you dont want to drift but want to go fast
