Thanks for all the input guys. This is probably a stupid question but what is the difference between SBEC, UBEC and BEC. Is it very difficult setting up a new ESC?

No is wasn't fried it was the throttle hover knob on the top of the tx. I had moved it to see if it helped on the hovering. Apparently it has to be set at zero at startup or the esc will not work. ...
