justin is so good that i wonder if he ever crashed?

This one is from Las Vegas.  It was on Sunday right after the competition was over.  If you flip a foot off the ground, you are asking for it especially in the 25mph wind.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGzxiWNDHh4" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGzxiWNDHh4</a>

He also crashed during the practice for the Las Vegas competition at home.  He did a hurricane smack into the windsock. That windsock has been removed since.

I think he crashed 4-5 times this year.

2. 700N - Pilot error - one shown above
1. 700N - Crash due to bad repair - Fire the mechanic!
1. Aeolus 50 3d - low rolling circle into the ground
1. Aeolus 50 3d - Engine hickup on a hard turn but pushed further losing head speed - Pilot error
2. Beam E4 - Pilot error - one shown above

So actually 6 dumb thumbs.

Crashing is all part of it. I heard a quote once, can't remember where though. It was, "Falling down is not a failure. Not getting back up is."

That kid's a champ.  Hey Z06 do you fly too?  Did you teach Justin or is this just his thing?

I used to fly airplanes ok before helis.  When Justin got interested in helis, I had to learn quick myself to support him and setup for his helis.  So, I've been flying helis for 3 1/2 years like Justin. Now I suck at both airplanes and helis.   Shocked Huh?

LOL, that's cool, wish I knew someone who flew before I did.  Good luck to you both!

Red, your boy is quite the pilot. I find it interesting how he pulls off manuvers i couldn't even imagine, little lone do, but yet gets down to mow the lawn and messes up. Makes me feel like i've got a chance at getting half as good as J. Keep him going, he has a career ahead of him obviously
