As a new member of the helicopter community and a owner of a Blazing Star I want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to Nuttcaze and the rest of the guys who did not give up trying to determine what the cause of the top blade problem was. This situation must have reached the manufacturer, but yet it was forum members who reached a logical conclusion for the rest of us.

I have but one question though, if the Extent adjustment of the redesigned Rx controls proportional rotation of the motors instead of servo travel as on the original Rx design, then what does the Sensitivity adjustment of the redesigned Rx do ? I am trying to understand these two functions as they are basic controls for the Blazing Star.

Sorry, didn't see this, the sensativity adjust the sensativity of the internal gyro, if the tail wags for no apparent reason then you would adjust the sensativity

It is a very poor design the CX3 has a headhold gyro and the blades dont quit there are some people that don't understanding how to adjust it but the blades dont stop. Now if they could get the 2.4ghz to work IF the blades dont stop on it ( and it does not matter how fast you throttle up) when you turn left or right one motor shuts down and no trimming or throwing the stick left or right corrects that. There are a few on this forum right now having this problem. Ray

If in fact the Rx is a new design, a simple typed note placed inside the already poor manual would possibly have eliminated all this BS about the BS.

that would have been too easy, but I think (like someone mentioned before) Exceed wished this heli would disappear

Nuttcaze, aside from the one problem, are there any more gremlins that have not surfaced? You fly it, right?

XHELI adminisrators It would be doing the right thing to include RAYGUN on you list of contributors. All I can say is that he has been around since I joined this forum and he has been nothing less than a great source of knowledge and help to not only myself but to many others on these forums.
I think you should let bygones be bygones and do the right thing.. I'm ure my opinion is shared by many otheers on this forum.. Thanks for listening   RonP

If you download the google toolbar it has a built in spell checker you can use on any web page.

ok

Thanks. Based on what you are telling us then is to try to fly the blazing star. I should put the dip switch in the off position if to start with it it was in the on position. When it was new right out of the box? I've got most of my parts, but still waiting for 2 support frame kits. My first flight did not work out.
due to the top rotor not spinning. I wnet full throttle and right rudder at the same time. Ended up braking the plastic support frame that the tail rotor bolts to. and bending the fly bar too.

thanks
