I often land in a gravel parking lot. I chip my v-tail blade and nick up my tail blades all the time(esky belt cp). is the carbon fiber vertical tail bade and tail blade set duable. or should i just keep repacing the plastis parts? in the last couple of months i've changed the vertical peice twice and the blades 3 times. by the way theres not much grass in new orleans.

Maybe find a smoother surface to land on. No matter what you put on for tail blades, gravel landings will certainly cause you trouble. CF is definitely stronger, but what's the next component to go when you dig your vertical fin in and catch a tailblade?
