I just got a BS. Its my first heli, but I'm having problems because it keeps spinning clockwise, I did the extent adjustment but it keep spinning in every setup that can be done to the extent.
Any thoughts how to fix it? or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I have the receiver with the two cables together.

Appreciate any help.

Same as the last guy, you need to figure out if a motor is going bad or if it is the rx. Swap the moors and see if it spins the other direction, if so, you need a new motor, if not you probably need a new rx.

I recently got sick and tired of replacing the pair of 370 carbon brushed motors and did a totally brushless twin motor system for the Exceed Blazing Star/ Walkera HM 53#1.  It's awesome.  No more replacing the 370 motors after a dozen flights.  Saving lots of money and the motors stay luke warm after flying so I can fly all day by swapping the LIPO Battery IN/OUT.  Below is a video of the first flight using the Walkera High performance blades which are more flexiable than the stock blades as well as a better landing gear system from Super Skids.

Your guides are amazing! As a beginner I had no ideas other than what the Pilot Manual said, which really was only about getting started flying. I couldn't find anything more. Having broken many blades trying to fly in the living room I found that putting a little loop of packing tape on the tips of the blades cut down on the breakage.

Now I have found that I cannot stop the heli from rotating, even using maximum L/R on the left stick. I can slow it but not reverse the direction. I don't know where to look for the problem, whether it is mechanical or electrical.

Any advice?

One motor maybe failing and hence the RPM levels is slightly less causing the spinning that can't be stopped with the throttle stick.  You can't usually tell which motor is failing and you usually must replace both motors.  The stock motors in general last about 3 dozen flights before one or both motors start to fail.  That's one of the reasons why I created a twin brushless motor kit in the video above. A brushless motor system will mostly likely never fail as there are no brushes no wear out.
