I have a 22E.  I would like to install the Walkera speed control WK-WSt-30A and a Walkera 3200 brushless motor.   How do these connect to a 22e, and how do they connect to each other?  The wires don't match by color, and I cannot figure out how the speed control plugs into the receiver.  Huh?

When you get your brushless motor, there should be instructions on how to do this.  The three wires from the brushless motor connects to the brushless ESC.  Connect the wires in no particular order.  When you start the heli, the rotor head will start to move.  If they rotor head is moving in the wrong direction, cut the power off and exchange any two of the three wires and reconnect.  Then power up again.  The heli should be spinning in the correct direction.

I see this same answer over and over again. No offense RTFHELI. You usual give great advice. Nobody mentions what to do with the three wire plug that goes to the Rx. Channel 4 on the 22E/Eagle 50. An what about the battery connections. Do you just connect the battery to the brushless esc or the Rx. Well I read a little earlier that you have to Y the battery to both the esc and Rx. I tried it on my eagle 50 just to the esc and the tail rotor doesn't spin but the servos and brushless motor work fine. I'm hoping after I do some soldering to Y the Rx in with the esc that the tail rotor will work and everything will be as it should. It would save a lot of us noobies and lot of head scratching if someone could answer the questions more completely. It is almost a no brainer to see that the 3 big wires connect from the esc to the brushless motor and a battery connects to the other 2 big wires. The 3 wire connector isn't that straight forward nor the fact you need to parallel the Rx with the esc if you have a tail motor. for belt and shaft drive tails this isn't required. On my G2 the esc plugs into channel 5 on the Rxbut finding that information wasn't easy.

Again I meant no offense RTFHELI! I hope this helps everyone wanting to upgrade to brushless but were afraid to ask.

 Delta T
I y'd the battery inputs from the ESC and the Rx as you suggested.  The main brushless motor and the tail motor work properly!  I have waited for months for someone to correctly explain this issue.
   Thank you!

Below is a video of the Brushless main motor on the Walkera #22E modified with a Blue CNC Metal Rotor Assembly, Carbon Fiber composite blades, Super Skids 300, Super Skids Titanium tail boom, 3 AMP ATO Fast blow fuse, Line filter for the tail motor, and an ON/OFF power switch.
