hi i just purchased a exceed nitro on road car. http://www.nitrorcx.com/2-speed-remote-control-car.html

im having problems getting the servos to work. neither the steering or throttle servo is working. i put in the batteries in the car for the reciever but its like the transmitter and reciever arent syncing up.

i can hear the steering servo buzz right when i turn the power on for the reciever. i just bought this car brand new so i dont know if i have to sync the two together?

thanks

just got of the phone with tech support. he said it was the part that holds the batterys in the car. he said there has been problems like thi before and the replacement will fix it.

it just doesnt sound right to me, anyone know first hand that this will fix it? im pissed about having to wait another 5-7 days for the part when it should of worked in the first place.
