OK got 3 of these and 2 have no issues during break-in -  Following the Traxxas break-in
1/4 throttle 2 sec - full brake    first Tank
1/2 throttle 2 sec - full brake    second Tank
1/2 throttle 3 sec - full brake    third Tank
Full throttle 2 sec - full brake    fourth/fifth Tank

2 broke in just fine and have all kinds of power and can turn on a dime and great braking power

However the third one has terrible brakes and poor turning radius.  Also on the 2nd Tank at half throttle it has NO power not anywhere close to the other machines

Any ideas why?Huh?  maybe the needles need set to stock but not sure what stock is?
It also seems where cause there is some rust on some of the bolts and parts like maybe it was returned to nitrorcx.com and the reshipped it back out.  Maybe it had a problem and someone already returned it.
I will check with them tomorrow but though I would also ask here.

Thanks

open the reciever  box and check them wires , it sounds like the batteries are not supplying sufficient power if there cheap aa cells then there's your issue  i would advice any one to get new hump pack battery packs with chargers for nitros, also if the car has no get up and go it sounds as though your low speed and high speed needles are not correctly set , also i am not a fan of the trx break in with go tech engines  that break in is only for the trx 2.5 r and 3.3  all engines work better in different ways but if it works gow ith it but i normally allow the engine to idle one full tank
