Hey whats up man, If you want a battaalian check out www.raidentech.com they have them on sale for 269 dollars or if you don't want to spend that much get a madwarrior it's the upgraded battalian and it's on sale for 229 dollars. They both have the same engine basically the difference is the setup as far as suspension and I think that one has a little bigger fuel tank then the other. Also with a nitro they run on nitro fuel it is a special blend of nitro methane, methanol and non petroleum lubricants. The most common used is 20% nitro and 16% lubricate and you can buy it from the internet or your local hobby store prices range about 18 dollars for 1/2 gallon up to 50 dollars for 1 gallon it depends what brand you buy. Just to name a few like traxxas top fuel, losi nitrotane, o'donnell race fuel, byron originals race fuel and trinity fuels. Well hope this helped peace out. Grin Grin

Hey whats up man, no l'm not one of the makers of the battalion I've just done alot of research on them cuz I was thinking of getting one but now with the release of the new madwarrior I'm not sure which one to get. Also to comment on the tires the sand paddles should work if you get them to fit on a pair of exceed battalian rims or try to find a pair of rims that the tires fit on and also have the same size wheel hex as the battalian wheels that come with it  and they will work. Well about the exhaust I don't know that much about the pipes on the car but I'm pretty sure you can find a aftermarket pipe that should be able to give you the sound your after. Well hope this helped and good luck man peace out. Grin Grin

Buy an aftermarket tuned pipe. DO NOT tamper with the pipe that's on it. Pipes are tuned the way they come. Short or long, tapered or full length body. They are tuned for a certain rpm range to provide the power where wanted/needed. An aftermarket pipe is going to provide more power and make it sound a lot meaner.

My name is zach and i just had a few questions about the tectonic and battalian. they r pretty much the same thing arent they?  like i want the tectonic look but it has no ground clearance. i was wanting to buy the battalian and just put the truck body and tires on that cuz its got way more clearance. i realize i would have to take the wing and wut not off and rearrange a few things and readjust the shock tower so the holes would line up on the body.  So i just want to know is this possible to do.  thanks
