The T-Maxx is only $70 more than the Battalion. In my opinion, that extra 70 dollars will easily be earned back on money you will save on parts and shipping, as the Exceed cars are a bit more fragile (and I won't deny it, they're cheap), and they charge a lot for shipping. On
www.amainhobbies.com the T-Maxx 2.5 is $340, and the 3.3 is $380. That is pretty standard price for any dealer I would consider reputable and honest, so don't be fooled into thinking they are very expensive just because Nitrorcx charges $450 for the T-Maxx 2.5. Go with whatever you wish, but I can tell you from experiencing both options that putting down the extra change right from the get go saves frustration and money in the long run. If you do decide to go with the T-Maxx though, I would highly recommend that website I provided. I've had several purchases with them and never had a problem. Great prices, fair shipping rates, and fast too.
