Never ran my batteries under 3.80v.
Recieved the new charger today and noticed that one of my 11.1v 2200 batteries are reading 3.83- 4.20-3.83.
And the 2 that are at 3.83 will not get to the 4.2 range as the other cell.Had to start charge 2nd time and now the 2 cells are at 3.86 25min into the charge.
Seems to not be sending a solid charge to it it's fluxuating at 0.0a-0.4a
Now my 30c 11.1v 2200 mah battery the voltages were all about the same 3.85 all the way across and charged all 3 cells to 4.20a within 76 minutes no problem.
And the charger was sending at 2.2a to the battery unlike the other lipo.

Is my guess correct that the battery is shot out?
Reminder I have never ran them under 3.80 and 1 battery is fine the other seems wrong is it possible this battery is still good?
Using the Thunder Power AC6 I recieved in the mail today.
Do have to say it's a nice charger!

Try discharging the pack to storage voltage and do a balance charge.

Picked up a tenergy tb6 from the LHS, it had some weird problems spiking cells, then leveling out, then spiking again above the default cutoff and then the charge would err and shut down. When I had a cell spike like that, I would set the charger on balance mode and it would usually center back out then try to charge again. I've always charged the batts with both leads plugged into the charger, and I think these new ones require it. Does yours do this when on balance mode? Or charge mode? Have you tried discharging the battery while watching the cell voltage? Unless the battery is puffing up, or below 3.0 volts per cell, I don't think you killed it. I've heard you can discharge them to 3.2 volts and still be okay in extreme situations. 3.7 is a good place to stop, because the voltage drain goes very quickly after this point. Best advise I've gotten is give it a good flight, then see how much mah goes back into the battery. (it's the units put back into the battery on the lower right side of the charger display I think) if it's a 2200 mah battery, try to keep your flight times under that amount. Good luck.

+1,,,,,yea,,,DON"T try to fly that battery. Do a controlled discharge like Ernie said,,,then if it doesn't balance charge,,,it's toast!!

Good luck!!

Not sure if you were askin me kloner, but the original charger, and the one I swapped for were both tenergy tb6's. This new one is super quiet compared to the first and so far has only shown me a cell variance of .02 between all three cells. I'm a happy camper now!
