What kinda radio did you buy? Usually radios will come with detailed instruction on which channel does what and an extensive manual. For example my futaba 3PL came with a nice booklet with detailed instructions. Youtube your radio model and you might find some useful vids.

As I put down in another thread, I'm just looking to run the car I have the best way possible, so i'm not too concerned with brand names and such. Having said that, I bought the Tower Hobbies 224 2-Channel 2.4GHz Tx/Rx. I was surprised as it arrived yesterday. I ended putting it on last night and it works really well. I think though that i will need to adjust either the servos or the trim on some of it. It has a built in fail safe which I like since I didnt have to spring for another piece. The only thing was that I tried using the stock wiring stuff from the hyperspeed and it didnt work. But it only took a couple of minutes to remove and install the supplied on/off switch, battery holder (the new received wouldn't turn on with the stock battery holder) and the receiver. Pairing was simple also - turn on the transmitter and push a button on the receiver. We'll see how it holds up, but so far i'm happy with the purchase. The added bonus of $10 gift certificate wasn't bad either.
