man what id give for a storm like that.  id be makn bank and buying helis like crazy. id even love a few storms dropn 4 inches back to back. the danged now doesnt seem to want to fall here this winter.

this is my plow setup.  i fabbed the wing. it works good up to about 6"s of snow past that and i have to make alot of clean up passes

i need to fill the gap between the bucket and blade.
good dry fluffly snow will roll across it like a normal plow blade.  this out plows our 580 case backhoe.

ive only plowed 2 storms this season and they were little dink 2" storms

yeah that is one advantage to a wing on the bucket.  ive thought about doing awing on both sides but i doubt i could push that much snow. skidsteer only weighs 5k.

last year we were hauling snow in the dumptruck because we were running out of prkingroom in ourpking lots

Hey Super 6-4, you are brave...  I was out flying on Thursday before the storm.  I have a new MSR and it was my first (and 8th, I have 8 batteries) outdoor flight.  But after the snow, I am afraid to fly.  I can just picture the tail sticking out of a snowbank in my cul-de-sac, and a fried 5 in 1.    What part of Ohio are you in.  I am in Medina...  Its supposed to snow again tonight and I suppose you are already out on the road.

Anyway, how much harder is it to fly the madhawk 300 than the MSR?  Once I get good at the MSR I would like to get one.  I love the scale body.

Heli Mech.

I just bought the same heli!  I am really new to this heli hobby.  Anything I need to know about this heli or tips?
Also what camera did you mount on it?
I live in Columbus and we just got a couple of inches this morning!!

VBL and Mann good to know I have a couple more Ohio buddies!!! I use the cheap camera from XHeli and mount it in foam. I hope to get a better mount for all the helis, but don't have time to make it now. The MH300 is a good heli!!! But, for a new person that sees the Promotional video and thinks it will fly outside.....NOT. It will fly in anything less than 2 mph breeze, but you very seldom get this in the Buckeye!!! I have flown it outside with much more success after setting up correctly and making adjustments, but the fact remains, for a new guy this....IT IS NOT ready to fly and NOT an outdoor bird. Not to even bring up the range issue!!!! Now with that being said, when the MH300 is setup correctly, it is easily flown by anyone!!!! It is a smooth and heavy bird, that helps new pilots learn how to fly. What the different amounts of input make the heli react, and it is fairly durable for when we are learning and crash landing. It is easily repaired when parts are in stock, and even the fuselage is easily removed when necessary. I live in Streetsboro and we got more snow coming, LOL

I appreciate your feedback.  Hope this isnt bad question, but you call it the mh300.  Is that diff. from the honey bee v2 fp?  That's what I bought.  This is my 2nd heli.  the first is a honey bee CP.  I got this one as the CP was wayyyyyy too hard.  Crashed and spent $50.00 in repair parts that are coming in this week.  I got the honey Bee FP based on another website that said it was a 'beginners heli'.  I hope that's the case, because my wife will kill me if this one doesn't work!!
