I tried to use the items I purchased on this order.  All 4 servos were DEAD!!!  Also the Tail blades I bought were shotty.  When I tightened the Blade grip 1 of the blades completely shattered around the Screw hole.

Please advise how I can either get a refund or replacement for the defective items.

I was hoping to use these servos in my Align trex 600.  Is this a good servo for it?  Or can you recommend a better one?  I did not get to use these since they were dead,  however I have lost faith in them now and not sure it is heli worthy.

dead? did you make sure you plug into the receiver in the correct polarity? 4 dead at the same time is higly unlikely.

Anyways RMA issued and you can send it back for refund. Sorry trex 600 require top line servos and you should go for high tec or futaba.

Fair enough.  Thanks for the quick and painless resolution.  Yes I check polarity as well.  I also put them in a Servo tester and they still did not work. I thought it was odd as well.   Anyway I will still order from you guys  The batteries I got were top notch as well as the brushless motor.
