Battery is fully charged and Remote is fully charged. The only thing the planes does is Beep Beep. Remote has no control.Any suggestions

make sure your throttle and throttle trim are all the way down

Are you sure your Servo wires are not plugged in upside down?  Are you certain that the servo wires are compatible with your RX.  If you are using older RX or Older servos some companies reversed wires.
Shoot even Spektrum pulled one of their less brilliant moves, when they upgraded the 6100E to the 6110E they reverse the direction of the way the connectors plugged in.  Before Yellow wire was on top, now yellow wire was on bottom.
