I just built the Art Tech fa 18 blue angel. I charged the battery and remote has full power. When I plugged in the battery it just clicks and beeps with the alerons clicking in opposite ways. The remote has no control over the plane nor does anything work. If someone could help that would be great.

72mhz system?
The most common thing I've seen is either the Rx Chrystal does not match the Tx Chrystal (they have a channel # on a tape that is attached to each.
Or
One of the frequency Chrystals is not fully seated into the socket.

Jason, did the manual say anything about a bind procedure?
I know the Walkera Tx/Rx, you have to turn on the RX, wait till it flashes, THEN turn on the TX.
Which plane do you have? (link please). This is an Efly Tx?

Manual:

There is a bind process in the last page of the manual.

your tx has to be on first. try the connectors from the batt to the acft. jiggle them a bit. prob there isnt a good connection.
