Hi

I purchased an EXI 500 plastic edition and was very impressed, this is my second heli, first being a EXEED BLUE RAY 450SE.. Anyways, just thought I'd post up my build and express how pleased I was with the quality of the EXI 500

exi 500 plastic edition
exceed 2.4ghz receivers
turnigy typhoon 500h 1800kv
hobbypartz 401b gyro
exi cnc metal tail servo tray
turnigy mg930 3.6kg x 4
turnigy 3000mah 6s 20c lipo x 2
turnigy besc programming card
turnigy plush 80a w/ ubec
hobbypartz 6s battery monitor
430mm carbon fibre blades
align 12t 5mm pinion
exceed 2.4ghz transmitter - from my blueray 450se

In total the package cost me 307.9 USD but a little more for me as I am in Australia so x AUSD and add shipping to that but still worth it

Flys great, I don't do any 3d flying and am still learning to fly properly so haven't pushed it anywhere close to its limits but so far so good.  I also made my own adapter to run 2 x 3c packs and get 10 minutes outdoor hovering quiet easily in light wind

Few pictures below

Thanks

Sweet...I just started my 500 CF. How does the HK Gyro work? I hear it's almost as good as the Futaba 401.
