With a Thunder AC6 can I charge my Futaba
TX batterie ?

If they are rechargable I don't see why not. You may have to get/make some sort of adapter..

For sure it can be rechargedwith the stock charger which has a banana plug. But the batterie has a flat connecter, like a batterie pack has.
I looked closely at all the wire connecters that this charger has and I think there is one that may fit. The flat one, third from the left in the picture of the charger and its accessories.
Will keep you posted as soon as I receive the charger.

And yes the ThunderAc6 can and does charge and discharge the batterie from my Futaba TX
