mad speed drift car

i bought this car  http://www.raidentech.com/1scexrcmaelp7.html from raiden tech didn't work out of the box. would beep tires would spin for a second front tires turn the left slightly then stop. then the light on esc would blink red. controller does nothing other than light up when turned on. was told it might be the receiver so i replaced it.. didn't help. what do i need to do i tried their customer service which they were very rude an wouldn't help. so if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it. thanks.
