could someone help me out with this problem my 250 razor is spinning out of control in the air please help me or tell me what to do to stop the spinning

Tail servo inop, direction needs reversed, gyro not initializing, tail baldes spinning the wrong way from the belt being flipped wrong. A lot of things, how much knowledge do you have of the operation of the tail assy? Has the heli flown or is this a after a repair problem?

Make sure the tail blades spin counter clockwise looking from the right hand side.
If the quarter twist in the belt is wrong the tail will spin backwards

Check the gyro.  It might be reversed.  Had that issue with my E-Razor 450 out of the box.

also.  RTF is a misleading label.

Everyone had a question about eheli.com was wondering how to or if it is even possable to return a helicoppter u ordered and opened then realise there were no parts and i had to order al the extra parts i just wanna return it and get 99 percent of my money is this possable?
