 Angry Angry Angry
Not happy w/ support !!!
HOBBY PARTZ   support leaves me hanging.
trying for a week to get an answer ...   Huh?
no response to email.   " 1 to 2 days "  NO  !!!
twice I got thru to what I thought was telephone "tech support",
1st time  told to call a different #.
2nd time  told they will call back.
  here all day,  no call.
    warrenty running out.

products would be great if they worked as advertized, and had CORRECT & complete documentation.    Glossery of terms would be helpful, if it wasnt in CHINESE.
still dont know how to get FULL TRAVEL out of servos [ exceed-rc 6 ch tx ]  2 different receivers, and 3 different brand servos.

what are you trying to use the radio on? a plane or heli? You should test your servo in rudder because that channel is not programed to any mixiing. Also you want to make sure all the mxing are switched off on the radio setting.

Using on home made $STORE foamie.
3 channel,  elev, eng, rudder.  Lots of dihedral.
mode 2,  channels 2,3,4
no mixing on any channel.
{{{ dosnt matter what I'm using it on.  all 6 channels will only move servo +/- 30 degrees }}}    Sad

how about setting all DR to 0?

Also your end points you can increase to 120 is your max. Make sure your subtrim are 0. Then remove the servo arm from the servo and then reposition it.

beause I want you to reset everything and recenter your servo and try it again. If this still doesn't work then I think the servo is not compatible with the radio. Have you try those servos with another radio?

? ? ? ? ?     IT'S NOT THE SERVO POSITION !!  IT'S THE SERVO TRAVEL !!

I have 3 different kinds of servo's and they all act the same.

E-FLITE EFLRDS75H
E-FLITE EFLRS75
DETRUM 9G SERVO.    PART OF  Item# 60P-DY-1006  Brushless motor+18A ESC+3pcs 9g servos

If the servos are not compatable with radio, then it's the radio thats out of step with rest of the RC world.

I believe that it's either the software in the setup of the transmitter, or a hardware limitation of the reciever.

I tried turning on mix, and ser both vr's to 100 %   set them to rudder and elavater.  the vr's will move the servos almost as far as the sticks  [set to 120%],  but no further than full stick deflection, with both stick and vr at full deflection still only 30 degrees of deflection.

Have you  tried this on a setup there?  or are You just guessing Huh?

BTW still no responst to phone call, or email.

I understand this is a new version of the software @ http://www.mycoolheli.com/t6config.html

I was told the cd was no longer included, because something was wrong with the software on the cd.

is the old software still available.   I'd like to try it.

well if I'm taking care of you here then no phone call will be made. We've been using this radio on our exceed line of RTF helicopters. The cd is not included because it's a small cd and we find many customer can not read it so we decided to make it download instead.

I personally have experience with this radio and I've implemented on the Exceed series of 2.4Ghz jets. So would you like to send it back and I'll exchange you with another one?

I tried " turborix " from rcpowers and result is the same.
You have used it on "the Exceed series of 2.4Ghz jets"
may I ask You how many degrees of travel do you get on those servos?
