I got a problem with my engine. It runs fine but when it goes back down to idle, it just like revs up, idles down, revs up, idles down  and so on. I have to hit the brakes for the engine to even go into actual idle. Then once i hit the gas it does the rev up idle down thing again. Can anyone help me?

Sounds like a good possible solution to me.  A twitchy servo can cause your idle to appear screwed up.  Make sure you check that out, but only when the engine is on.  With the engine off the servo may appear to be working normally.  It might not twitch until it is faced with the strong vibration that the motor emits when running.
