im useing fan fold foam now to learn on it was cheap for lots of it and it works fine.the last plans i got where tiled files so i could print them out and tape together for the full size plane

this one is setup for 6mm foam and has a 38" wingspan. It is similar to what i posted except it is a midwing design and has the easier to build type of fuse. See how that works and if your able to get it from a file to the air. It will want something like a 450 size 2500 kv, 30 amp esc, 20c 3s batt, 6x4 apc prop. The cheap 5 gram servos on the rudder and elevator and i use a single 9 gram just to keep weight down on the aileron, but if you have the flaperon feature on your radio, you can use two 5 gram servos on the wings so it can land slower. You will need at least one carbon rod to go from the bottom of the fuse to the outer wingtip. Like the .8 mm or 1 mm rod, also makes good controls wire.

Let me know if you can print it and i'll work on some build pictures
