It should, the max output on the charger is 5 amps, the power supply can produce 6.5 amps.

For less $ you can get something that is better though.

Here is waht I did. I went to the office max and bought a UPS power supply for a computer. It was 32bux.

It is capable of 500watts - 10x more than the supply you list above. (not that you really need the power)

But

Here is where it is nice, since it has a 12v battery inside of it, I can take it with me to the field and charge batteries, plug in soldering iron to the outlets etc..

I just soldered a wire with the correct jack to the battery terminals inside the box..
