for that price, even lower, get this charger. I have this and it is made by one of the best charger companies out there, you will be happy with it.

What you're looking at should work, and for about $185 you would get 3 3200 LiPo batteries and the ability to charge them. It looks like a pretty good starting point. I don't know anything about the batteries, but the charger looks like a repackaged version of a Venom charger I used for a while (and paid much more for.)
