tx and rx problems

i just recently got a new blueray 450 and i don't know which servo's to put on which channels, that might be a good start 
i bought the radio separately from the heli, so i had to manually enter in all the setting for the blue ray, i got that from: http://site.hobbypartz.com/files/24ghz/blueraydefaults.txt  i think i got it all right.

Hang out here for a bit. There are some guys that are very knowledgeable about the BlueRay.

They will be along soon to answer all of your questions.

To help them help you, please post the type of transmitter and receiver that you will be using.

the transmitter is a 6 channel exceed-rc digital proportional radio control system, that's all it says on it...  and the rx is a 6 channel 2.4GHz digital receiver, also exceed-rc.

   i just figured out how to bind the two, but i still don't know which servos go where on the Rx. If someone could just tell me what channel the tail servo, the left rear and right rear servos and the forward servo are, that would be super helpful.

The Exceed RX should have channels 1 to 6 marked.
Ch1=Aileron (rear left side servo)
Ch2=Elevator (front servo)
Ch3=Throttle (goes into ESC)
Ch4=Rudder
Ch5=Gyro (should have a red connector)
Ch6=Pitch (rear right side servo)

Well, I have everything working, (thank you everybody), but I would like to know what the blades should do when I move the stick forward/backward and left/right. For instance, when I move the right stick to the right with the tail towards me, what should the swash plate do? And when I move the stick forward, what should it do?

The swashplate should correspond with the right stick. Right stick forward, swashplate tilts forward. Right stick back, swashplate tilts back, and so on.

Try this.  It's copied and pasted from a post I made a while back.  'Cuz I'm lazy.

"Follow this exactly IN THIS ORDER.

Forget about the swash.  The swash isn't there.  "But I can see it..." NO YOU CAN'T!! IT'S NOT THERE!  OK, no swash.  Only the servos exist.  Light some incense.  It helps.

Push the right stick forward.  Look at the elevator servo.  DON'T LOOK AT THE SWASH! IT'S NOT THERE!  If the elevator servo is in back, it's arm should move UP.  If it moves down, REVERSE THE ELEVATOR SERVO CHANNEL IN THE TX.  If the elevator servo is in front, it's arm should move DOWN.  If it moves up, REVERSE THE ELEVATOR SERVO CHANNEL IN THE TX.  If it moves wrong but is already reversed, SWITCH IT TO NORMAL IN THE TX.

Push the right stick to the right.  DON'T LOOK AT THE SWASH! IT'S NOT THERE!  The servo with its arm sticking out the right side of the heli should move its arm DOWN.  If it moves UP, reverse it's channel in the TX.  If it moves wrong but is already reversed, SWITCH IT TO NORMAL IN THE TX.

Push the right stick to the right.  DON'T LOOK AT THE SWASH! IT'S NOT THERE!  The servo with its arm sticking out the left side of the heli should move its arm UP.  If it moves DOWN, reverse it's channel in the TX.  If it moves wrong but is already reversed, SWITCH IT TO NORMAL IN THE TX.

When ALL the servos are moving in the proper direction with the proper stick input, and ONLY when ALL the servos are moving in the proper direction with the proper stick input,  something magical happens.

Hey, look! The swash just magically appeared!

Push the right stick UP.  If the swash (you can look now) tilts backward, go into the swash menu of the TX and change the ELEVATOR number to its opposite (i.e., if it's 70 or +70, make it -70; if it's -70, make it 70 or +70).

Push the right stick RIGHT.  If the swash tilts to the left, go into the swash menu of the TX and change the AILERON number to its opposite (i.e., if it's 70 or +70, make it -70; if it's -70, make it 70 or +70).

Push the throttle stick UP.  The motor is disabled, right?  If the swash moves DOWN, go into the swash menu of the TX and change the PITCH number to its opposite (i.e., if it's 70 or +70, make it -70; if it's -70, make it 70 or +70).

The moral of today's story is: Get the servos moving in the proper direction BEFORE you worry about which way the swash is going.  Because it isn't there.  Until the servos are moving in the proper direction.  Then it'll magically appear."

Dave, Mel, ditchdigger, or whatever alias you're using,  , as soon as the servos start moving correctly the swash will magically appear, like chocolate milk in your cocoa puffs, or broke-aZZ relatives when your tax refund shows up.

Don't look for it before then, 'cuz IT'S NOT THERE.

BTW, some pinions and servo gears magically appeared today.

Haha, thanks a bunch, I finally got it up and running, I'll give it a maiden flight as soon as the rain stops falling... I wish the rain was like the swash. Disappear I say!

cool, BTW I think one did not have a grub screw. It not dissapear, it was jut never there

First test flight today, it wanted to spin counter clockwise (is this from ground wash?) and it drifted forward and to the left. Should I adjust the servo arm length or the trim on the tx? I don't think it will go far enough...

Constant spin or can you correct w/ the left stick?
If you can correct, then adjust the trim tab on the bottom.
All helis will drift left on take off some if you come up very slowly.
