68 mm ducted fan help

hello , i got 68 mm ducted fan with brushless 3900kv motor item # ledf68-1a39 from nitroplanes,my question is does the air intake bell come off of unit to mount it flush against tube in plane or is the front halfe of fan stick out the front of tube in plane?is that normail to have half of fan to not sit flush ?there is like a ringhalf way around fan preventing me from mounting the bell flush.does the bell unscrew ? any help would be great.
