Xheli.com has the EXI CNC metal head and tail rotor assembly available for a pretty decent price.  It says that it will fit "All" 450 size helicopters.  Does anyone know if it will work with the Esky Belt CP?  Are ther any modifications that would need to be made?

Andy???

Thanks.

Belt CP and HBK2 have the anti rotation bracket between the aileron and pitch linkages instead of on the Elevator linkage.
This means you'd have to use the belt CP swash with that head and you'd have to use the belt CP main shaft.
I did a head conversion on my HBK2 and I also had to take 2mm off the top of the main shaft.
I heard that It can be done, but it's not straight forward. Definitly not a plug and play.
The blade grips on a Trex/EXI 450 are thinner too, so your Belt CP blades won't fit on it.
Dunno about the tail though.
Your probably better off w/ the standard Belt CP metal head/tail purple upgrade.

Thank you for the help with this........That is just the information I was looking for.  Looks like I'll be using the standard CNC head/tail combo made for the Belt CP.

Thanks Mustang.......I went to the site and started drooling.  I didn't realize there were that many CNC choices/upgrades for the Belt CP.  Looks like I could end up spending more for the "bling" than what I spent for the entire helicopter.  But, what the heck......It sure will look nice when it's all tricked out.

Thanks again for the info.   Grin
