Good morning,
I’ve bought parts 51C00-06039B; 51C00-06040B; 51C00-06066B as aluminum parts for the 1/10 th beginners car, Exceed-RC Nitro Gas Beginner Version Hyper Speed 1 Speed Storm Blue .16 Engine. In chats I was told that I do not need any other parts to assemble the aluminum parts. This is NOT true. The way that the original parts are fastened is very different.
Please can somebody help me and tell me which extra parts I need?

Regards, JJRU from The Netherlands

Hi there juso let you know i do not recomend putting aluminum arms on because if you hit something they bend very easy. They make heavy duty plastic arms that just flex when you hit something, and i have yet to break mine and i hit some things pretty hard! The aluminum ones are mainly just for SHOW.

Lads

I have just purchased the upgrade kit for my warhead (http://myrc.com.au/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=185).  I have installed most parts however I am unsure how to install the shocks and they don't appear to clip on ?

Do I need to use some screws ?  I purchased the 02094 screw set but they appear too long ??

Why don't they sell these hopup kits with all the bits required to install ??

 Huh?

The same screws should work to secure the bottom of the shocks, and they should just snap on to the ball joint at the top.  At least, I've never seen a pair of shocks that doesn't just snap on at the top.
