I have been waiting for a week for some one to get back to me about >>>> i just received my new exceed sunfire brushless pos version and it doesn't run right. am kinda lead to the assumption that this is a typically issue with this model, i want to know what the company exceed rc will do along the lines of warranty to there products the instruction manual says nothing about this and the customer service department never called me back. it has been a week since I have had my sunfire i got to run it for five minutes because of this issue i have been trying to get resolved the front suspension snapped in two. and no aluminum upgrades are availiable any where. so my mechinist friend is making me a set of fronts just incase exceed will fix my problem.
And if anyone else has any advice on what i should do, please help .

It would probably help to mention the problem you are having. All I read is something is wrong and that caused the suspension to break? What is the "something"?
And BTW this forum is by far the best way to get customer support. Andy is AWESOME.

That is what is sounds like to me too. That the esc is set to fast start instead of soft start.
Isn't Andy already replacing the esc for you? If not he might need to.
if you are a little ambitious open up the esc and check to make sure all the solder connections on the wires are good. If you have a bad ground wire it might cause that problem as well.

ESC - electronic speed controller. (what the battery and motor plugs into)

If you haven't already done so, psot a new thread in the ORDER SUPPORT section. Andy rarely had enough time to look at every post in every section. Reference this thread in your new post.

alright thanks i'll give that a try.  i am also n the mood to buy another 4x4 if anyone has any sugggestions on one they like inparticular let me know i was looking at the hpi 1/5th baja t. but 12-13hundred is a little out of my price range at the current moment with the economy being south and such but just for idea sake. Gas or electric, doesn't matter which just a good reliable and tuff sob of a truck i am selling my t-maxx on , it has the 2.5r motor and is in good shape but i wantted to get something alittle less of a truck (as far as speed goes like the summit) and for similar purposes as the summits design.  bashing and crawling mainly slower and fun Wink   thanks what do you think chris?

my first was a traxxas stampede like 11 years ago.
now that i have a good paying job i have gotten back into the hobby i have had a couple nitro's they're awsome, and a blast to thrash around. but living in an appartment and im limited on space. i am thinking slow until my little one grow a little to get in to the faster pace of things.
