i cant pull them off. but i think i can pry them off with a screwdriver. but i dont know if i can get them back on.

That "triangular clamp" is actually the three clutch shoes.  You should be able to pop those off with a screw driver, and then unbolt the flywheel nut and gently tap it off with a rubber tool, or use a car battery terminal puller.

"easily" is pretty subjective. I can easily sit down and right 1000 lines of T-SQL code but that doesn't mean it would be easy for you though.. In all reality it is not that bad..  Grin

I would mark each with a felt tip pin. Draw a line across the clutch shoes and on to the flywheel so when you put them back on you can be sure they are in the exact same spot.
