[ I have submitted 2 tickets before (#HFT-477-24784 and #JRX-236-78839) hope this one solve my problem.<br />

So I havent got my package yet, the guy (Andy) at online chat just keeps telling me to wait, then in my last ticket this other guy (Albert) told me this:<br />

I will relay this order to my department along with our with shipping department in regards to this order to find out what can be done since we have no word of the package as well ever coming back to us&quot;<br />
<br />
That was like 12 days ago.<br />
<br />
Things you should have in mind before answering:<br />

Please dont tell me to wait a bit more, I have been waiting for a 100 days (thats right a hundred).<br />
<br />
Dont tell me to check on my local post office, it isnt there, I even talked to the people on the Post Service HQ, they dont have any records of my package being in Mexican territory.<br />
<br />
Dont tell me it is bieng held at customs, I actually went in person to customs (quite a long trip), they too dont have any record of my order crossing the border, they even told me that because of the seize, type and value of the package there is no way they´ll retain it at customs. bottom line its not on mexican territory.<br />
<br />
Please dont tell me to contact USPS, it is imposible to do it by e-mail because you have to provide them an adress within the US territory (which I obviously dont have), I did manage to contact them by phone (expensive call) just to be told this: &quot;Although you have payed for the shipping, you are not the sender, the people at the store have to file a complaint&quot;<br />
<br />
And last but not least: <br />
<br />
Dont tell me there is nothing you can do, you see that very same day I order some parts to Tower Hobbies (the parts that you didnt have in stock), I guess both shippments were in the same truck or whatever because I had the same problem with them, the diference being that they contact USPS, found out what the preoblem was and offer me a refund or to re-send the parts, I choose the parts thinking you will be doing the same. So here I am with a set of 3 propeller and a &quot;Y&quot; extension, an Almost Ready to Fly plane that Im thinking it will never fly and me in an Almost Ready to Cry state.<br />

The thing that sacres me the most is that months earlier y ordered an airplane (Tech One Mercury love it) and almost a year ago I ordered 2 6ch Helis form Xheli (which I understand its form the same group of NP) those orders were worth more than $200 dls , the 2 helis were over $600 dls , so imagine if this happened back then, I would have lost $600 and all I get is an &quot;Im sorry&quot; from the customer support.<br />

I have read a lot of post where people get a damage or wrong order and they get a refund or they send another one, I got nothing and... well..... I got nothing !!! Except for a sincere &quot;Im sorry&quot; from Albert he is such a nice guy.<br />

Maybe its because Im an international customer, maybe they think I wont come over and go all Ape on them jajajaja ... But I will !!! Nah just kidding.<br />

This order was just $120 dls but still...... what if I order a $999 heli ? Im the kind of guy that wont take this from a &quot;Serious&quot; site so I wont stop until I get my stuff (I dont even want a refund because I really need those parts). Even if I have to go to the US (I do travel to the US twice a year anyway).<br />
<br />
I know most of you guys live un the US but any help would be great, is there another international customer with a similar problem ? Did you solve it ? How ?<br />

I'm VERY interested in this plane but I want to avoid dealing with a refund if you are actually out of stock.  I would also like to pick up a few 4s 3000 25c to take advantage of the free shipping offer but all batteries of that size are out of stock, too.  <br />

1) Is the ARF Tempest in stock? If not, when do you expect to have some?  Is there a waiting list I can join?<br />
