I bought an Aerosky from Xheli in May 17, 2013. From the beginning I had some problems with it.
Mainly the front left motor didn't come up to speed with the other three motors. As a result the AeroSky H100 wanted to move it's tail to the right on lift off. I could correct with the rudder control stick but with out the same power from all four motors the quad didn't want to fly. I contacted Xheli and they gave me some information in a video to balance the four ESC'S. After that procedure was done the Aerosky H100 didn't do anything.

I gave up and ask for a refund. They (Xheli) kept asking me to fill out tickets. Which I did. I kept saying that it was DEAD (DONE) will not do anything except light up the LEDs. Finally they (Xheli) responded with a RMA so I could return the Aerosky H100.

I shipped the Aerosky H100 in the original shipping packing that it came to me in. I enclosed a copy of the ticket that had the RMA. I insured it for $ 200.00. Shipped it with USPS with a tracking number. They (Xheli) received the Aerosky H100 on June 5th 2013 @ 3:45. I still don't have a refund. They (Xheli) will only talk to me via the ticket filling thing. So as a result, I have a big pile of ticket numbers but no refund. I've got lots of ticket numbers, Seven to be exact.

All I want is my money back so I can get another quad from somebody else.

Very unhappy with XHeli, I've supported XHeli on all the forums that I frequent but those days are over. If you buy something that fails the seller (XHeli) is responsable to make it right. They are not doing that. I would call them but can't get a phone number. However I really don't see what the phone call could do that and email or ticket can't do.

Has anybody else having problems with a return??

I think I'll take any future business to another RC helicopter retailer. A good business like Horizion Hobby. They have always taken very good care of me when I had a problem. And they were timely with there results not like XHeli. In fact I have called Horizon Hobby with DX6I questions and MSR-X problems and they (Horizon Hobby) where on it ASAP. I always have had timely response and corrections from Horizion.

Very unhappy with XHeli. At the very least if they are not going to do the refund like they said then send me back the broken AeroSky H100 DUD and I'll put a KK2 Hobby King board in it.
